What was Roy Cornickleson sick with at the start of Season 3, and why was his recovery ever mentioned? Unless I just missed it somehow, I can't remember them ever saying anything about him recovering. He was just magically better come Dethklok's split at the end of Season 4. I always thought it was some kind of life threatening disease that he was able to recover from. We've barely had any indication of exact time frames anyway, like when the flashbacks say "some time ago" or "many years ago".

This is an inconsistency that's always bothered me, too. I think it was a case of wanting to use Cornickelson again and saying fuck continuity. Who knows, though! Maybe it's all part of the bigger story! Maybe. Was rewatching season 3 and noticed that he's completely recovered from whatever he was sick with even in that season, as a little hologram message from him is played at one point. Maybe Charles had something to do with it? He did say he was going to have a little "meeting" with Roy's son and the others. Maybe it involved Roy being cured of whatever using Dethklok's advanced medical technologies.

Most of my big ones have already been mentioned, but...
Who is Skwisgaar's father? (My current theory is Selatcia — if Skwisgaar ams a god, who else could it be?) What the hell is the Metalocalypse? And are the council trying to stop or start it? And will Dethklok's role be to start or stop it? What is Falconback?

I'm pretty sure the Tribunal wants to stop it, but Selatcia sounds like he wants it to happen. And Dethklok sounds like they're the keys to both.

Tribunal in general wants to prevent the Metalocalypse, but Selacia and Orlag wants it. My guess is Selecia wants to keep Dethklok alive for the Metalocalypse, and then will try and kill them when he feels they aren't needed any longer.

Why does Nathan suddenly have an apology problem in season 4? he apologizes all throughout season 1, on Religionklok he apologizes to Murdeface three times back to back! Is Blazing Star the last song on their last album? (they do perform it live) can we ever get an album containing the songs not on an album of any kind? (Murdertrain a 'Comin, Banana Stickers)

Who's cat was that? The cat that toki got from the show? why did it suddenly die? It was a random cat Toki found after their show was interrupted. It suddenly died because Toki is believed to be an angel of death, which is opposite of Skwisgaar who gives life.

(Murdertrain a 'Comin, Banana Stickers) Good question. It's probably a continuity error because the guys didn't really have a full personality until the later episodes, which mostly happens with any show during its first season. Blazing Star is their last song on the album Ishnifus Meaddle said that they had to finish, but according to Brendon Small on Twitter, he said that song hasn't been "written yet" by Dethklok, although Brendon clearly wrote it for the Doomstar Requiem. Murder train A' Comin' is on the bonus track version of the first Dethalbum, the rest, someone would have to ask Brendon if he plans on doing so.

I think the apology thing is maybe that he has a hard time apologizing when he doesn't particularly feel he's done wrong. Most of his apologies don't sound overly sincere, and the ones that do, the ones he says to Murderface, are because he really did do something horribly wrong that nearly killed one of his friends. However, why should he really need to apologize for something like falling for a girl and getting involved with her? I dunno. Pretty weak explanation, but it's all I can think of for his suddenly having some supposed apology problem. It's all a matter of what he's apologizing for.
